Commissioning Startup and Acceptance Testing

• Commissioning, a term most commonly used to describe a process or service provided to validate the completeness and accuracy of a project or venture (e.g. "to provide commissioning")

The great majority of new equipment failures and catastrophes can be prevented …simply by having a qualified NETA certified company like EPS perform 3rd party independent acceptance testing. 
Something as simple as a loose connection, wiring error, improper or no coordination of systems and/or protective devices can cause hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of damage.
Millions of dollars can be spent to design, engineer, purchase, and install electrical equipment and their associated systems.  However, in too many instances and generally to save money (although it has been shown that commissioning is generally less than ½ of one percent of the project), 3rd party independent testing is abandoned only to be replaced by smoke, fire, litigation and possibly “pink” slips!  Was taking this route worth ½ of 1 %??
